This Site describes Diminished Value Appraisal, Total Loss Appraisal, Accident Damage Appraisal, Insurance Dispute Appraisal, Vehicle Valuation, Vehicle Inspection provided by Camilleri Auto Appraisal. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://autoappraiserenfield.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Camilleri Auto Appraisal or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Warranty Disclaimer. Camilleri Auto Appraisal makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Camilleri Auto Appraisal arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Camilleri Auto Appraisal harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. CT law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CT.
Term Changes. Camilleri Auto Appraisal may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
